Grace MacDonnell is a Library Assistant at Trinity College Dublin. She worked at the John Stearne Medical Library, the Berkeley, and is currently working at the Hamilton Science and Technology Library. She has a BA Hons in English and Philosophy from UCD and a higher diploma in Psychology from TCD. She is currently working towards an MLIS at Aberystwyth University.
Gillian completed her BA in English and History from UCC before going on to complete her Master’s in Library and Information Systems in UCD. Since graduating from UCD in 2018, Gillian has started working as a Prospect Researcher in UCC’s Alumni & Development Office. Due to her current position, she has developed an interest in non-traditional librarian and information professional roles.
Maggs has spent most of her life in Texas, but has been living in Ireland since 2017 and plans to continue to do so. She has a BA in English from Abilene Christian University, a MPhil in Popular Literature from Trinity where she completed her dissertation on Harry Potter slash fanfiction, and is currently pursuing her MLIS at UCD. Clare co-founded Student Librarians & Information Professionals Ireland in 2015 while completing her MLIS in UCD. After an internship in Marsh’s Library she has been working in UCD as a library assistant since 2016. Clare is a committee member of the Career Development Group of the Library Association of Ireland and of the Information Professionals’ Network.
